Order processing

We process orders on business days. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (CET) are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days within the Netherlands.

Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the discount will be applied automatically.
